The main phases of the certification process:
- Completion of the information questionnaire
- Receipt of the technical-economic offer
- Signature of the purchase contract of the required ISO
- Carrying out of the audit activity (on-site and/or off-site if possible) and related release of the final report
- If the previous phases are successful, the certification is evaluated by a Technical Committee and a certificate of conformity is issued
- Annual audit (surveillance checks) for maintaining the certificate with the relative release of a final report
