HACCP for Trainer and Consultant

Duration : 40 HOURS

The HACCP regulation requires that companies operating in the food sector such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and, in general, those companies that transform, sell or preserve food goods carry out certain procedures and adopt certain behaviors aimed at guaranteeing their safety, predicting possible contamination.

These companies turn to a HACCP Consultant , as he is specially trained and expert in preparing the required documentation (the HACCP manual) and in carrying out the analyzes necessary to achieve food safety certification.

The participant must demonstrate that they have been trained for the practical part: 6 hours

  • PLE categories: the various types of PLE and description of the general and specific characteristics
  • Structural components: stabilization systems, leveling, frame, rotating turret, pantograph/elevating arm structure
  • Control and safety devices: identification of control devices and their operation, identification of safety devices and their function
  • Checks to be carried out before use: visual and functional checks
  • Specific PPE to be used with MEWPs: helmets, harnesses, retention cord and related methods of use, attachment points on the platform
