Training:

HACCP for Trainer and Consultant

Duration : 40 HOURS

The HACCP regulation requires that companies operating in the food sector such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and, in general, those companies that transform, sell or preserve food goods carry out certain procedures and adopt certain behaviors aimed at guaranteeing their safety, predicting possible contamination.

These companies turn to a HACCP Consultant , as he is specially trained and expert in preparing the required documentation (the HACCP manual) and in carrying out the analyzes necessary to achieve food safety certification.

Training courses | Equipment Instructor and Trainer - ASR 02.22.2012

The requirements of trainers (theoretical part) and instructors (practical part) of work equipment are identified in the State-Regions Agreement of 02.22.2012, Annex A, letter B, point 2:

The teaching will be carried out, with reference to the different topics, by personnel with documented experience, at least three years, both in the training sector and in the sector of prevention, safety and health in the workplace and by personnel with documented practical professional experience, at least three-year course, in the techniques of using the equipment in question.

At the end of the training course, the participant will be issued with a certificate of documented three-year experience as a teacher (theoretical part) and instructor (practical part) in the techniques of using the equipment.
The experience of the theoretical part will be assessed through the participant's CV which must demonstrate at least three years' experience both in the training sector and in the prevention, safety and health sector in the workplace.
The experience of the practical part will be certified following the completion of the training course.
The certification will be issued by the training body accredited by the Campania Region Join Academy & Consulting, as a training body ope legis by virtue of the State-Regions Agreement 02.22.2012, annex A, letter B (identification of the training bodies and system of accreditation).

The participant must demonstrate that they have been trained for the practical part: 7 hours
