Enabling training course (without Provincial exam)
Duration : 74 hours
Companies that want to enter the road transport market of goods on behalf of third parties with vehicles up to 3.5 tons fully loaded must:
- register in the Register of road hauliers of goods on behalf of third parties
- to the National Electronic Register (REN).
The required requirements:
Companies that want to carry out road haulage activities for third parties with vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes fully loaded must submit an application to the Transport Register of their Province where the company's main headquarters are located.
To apply, the company must meet these requirements:
- honourability requirement
- professional suitability requirement through a certificate of attendance at a specific 74-hour training course (without further exam)
- financial suitability requirement through a certificate of at least €9,000.00 for an available vehicle and €5,000.00 for each additional vehicle

Duration : 150 hours
The transport manager is the person who effectively and continuously manages the transport activities of road haulage companies; to carry out this activity he must be in possession of professional suitability.
The course aims to acquire the skills and preparation necessary to manage the business of a goods haulier or to carry out the activity of manager in the transport sector and take the exam to obtain the certificate of professional capacity , valid throughout Europe.
The required requirements:
Companies that want to carry out road haulage for third parties with vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tonnes when fully loaded must meet the following requirements:
- age of majority
- not be judicially disqualified and not be incapacitated
- one of: completion of compulsory schooling and attendance of an exam preparation course at bodies authorized by the Ministry of Transport or upper secondary education course
TRAINING:
Driver of travelers on the road
Course accredited by the Ministry of Transport
Preparatory training course for the exam in the Province to which you belong
Duration : 150 hours
