WHO CAN ACCESS THE FREE COURSES OF THE GOL PROGRAM

Beneficiaries of the GOL programme, with the possibility of accessing free courses to achieve professional qualifications or short-term courses , are people aged between 30 and up to 65, resident and/or domiciled in the Campania Region, who are, alternatively in at least one of the following situations:

  • beneficiaries of social safety nets during the employment relationship: the specific categories of workers are identified by the 2022 Budget Law:
  • beneficiaries of social safety nets in the absence of an employment relationship: unemployed recipients of NASPI or DIS-COLL;
  • beneficiaries of income support of a welfare nature: recipients of citizenship income;
  • fragile or vulnerable workers: women in disadvantaged conditions, people with disabilities, mature workers (55 years and over), people who are in the care of or are reported by bodies operating in the social or socio-health services system and/or are included in projects /social inclusion interventions;
  • unemployed without income support: unemployed for at least 6 months, other workers with fewer employment opportunities (young people and women, even those not in fragile conditions), self-employed workers who stop working or with very low incomes;
  • workers with very low incomes (the so-called working poor): whose income from employment or self-employment is lower than the threshold of incapacity according to tax regulations

TRAINING:

OSA Social Welfare Operator

Duration : 300 HOURS

Description of the figure

The Social Welfare Operator ( OSA ) carries out its activity mainly in assisting non-self-sufficient patients, both at the user's home and in social welfare facilities.

It deals with meeting the needs of material and emotional assistance, from hygiene care, to nutrition, to the living environment, of subjects in situations of great difficulty (mainly disabled people, non-self-sufficient elderly people, subjects with mental distress, problematic minors , drug addicts) tending to favor their autonomy and self-determination and to improve their relationship with the context.

Collaborates with other professionals in the healthcare and social services area: doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, educators, psychologists, etc.

It carries out its activity at the user's home or in social-welfare facilities, as an employee, independently or, often, in a cooperative form.

Minimum entry requirement for the course

18 years of age and possession of a lower secondary school diploma (middle school)

TRAINING:

Administrative Coordinator Secretary

Duration : 300 HOURS

Description of the figure

The administrative secretary is an interface figure between the management bodies and the administrative-accounting areas of a public or private company.

Provides support to high-level administrative services, collaborating with management and other company functions in the management and coordination of general services: human resources, legal department and general affairs, purchasing and logistics.

It draws up reports and minutes containing the resolutions of the decision-making bodies, collaborates in the drafting of the documents necessary for the purchase of services and supplies and supports the administrative and accounting offices in the activities useful for the preparation of the financial statements.

It takes care of the management of external relations with public and private subjects and bodies relating to administrative issues.

Given the transversality of its tasks, this professional profile can operate in the administrative areas of both public and private companies in any economic sector, as well as in law firms or administrative-accounting consultancy firms.

TRAINING:

Assistant to the autonomy and communication of people with disabilities

Duration : 300 HOURS

Description of the figure

The Assistant for the autonomy and communication of people with disabilities carries out assistance related to socio-educational activities for people with disabilities of various kinds, supporting communication between the latter teachers/educators and the other participants, as well as collaborating in the preparation of educational and gaming situations and materials suited to the characteristics of the assisted subjects. In the school context, it provides additional support, in synergy with the support teacher and the other teachers in the class, facilitating the relational and participatory process of the pupil with disabilities during school activities as part of the more detailed assistance to autonomy and personal communication, provided for by art. 13, paragraph 3 of Law 104/92. They can work with an employee contract or as a self-employed worker with collaboration contracts in public and private structures that provide socio-educational services for people with disabilities, assuming responsibility for their tasks. In carrying out his work he mainly works with educators/teachers and material assistants.

  • Motor assistance for people with disabilities in carrying out socio-educational activities

  • Assistance for the autonomy and communication of people with hearing disabilities, in the socio-educational field
  • Assistance for the autonomy and communication of people with cognitive disabilities and/or mental disorders, in the socio-educational field

TRAINING:

Childcare worker

Duration : 500 HOURS

Description of the figure

The Childcare Operator is engaged in care and entertainment activities aimed at children and families, in residential and semi-residential structures (communities for minors, holiday stays, hospital departments), socio-educational services and interventions for children and the family (territorial educational and recreational services for free time, recreational centres, summer free time entertainment), socio-educational services for early childhood. Carries out parenting support activities: interventions with/for families in schools and services or directly in the area.

The Childcare Operator collaborates in the planning and implementation activities, especially in support of the figure of the educator, of cultural, recreational and expressive initiatives aimed at socialization, the development of creative and relational skills and the development of the child's growth potential .

Hardware technician

Duration : 300 HOURS

Description of the figure

The hardware technician deals with the assembly, installation and maintenance of hardware and software components of computer systems and networks.

Performs repairs to hardware components.

In some cases, the hardware technician can carry out information and after-sales assistance activities for customers.

TRAINING:

Responsible for setting up and restocking shelves

Duration : 250 HOURS

Description of the figure

The shelf set-up and replenishment worker is responsible for arranging and restocking the shelves and displays of the departments with the goods, removing pallets, cartons, and packaging and disposing of them according to the procedures identified in each point of sale.

Keeps the corridors and exhibition spaces of the departments clean and tidy and can also take care of loading/unloading goods entering and leaving the warehouse.

It can also respond to customer requests by providing information on the products and their location in the store, the price and any discounts and promotions.

The shelf set-up and replenishment worker finds employment mostly in large-scale retail trade and in medium and large-sized sales outlets.

Domestic worker - COLF

Duration : 200 HOURS

Description of the figure

The Domestic Collaborator carries out hourly services aimed at the functioning of the domestic life of the family for which he works.

He works in the ordinary maintenance of the home and the appliances in which he works and of the objects present therein, in terms of cleaning.

He takes care of hygiene and tidying up and in agreement with the family can contribute to the preparation of meals.

TRAINING:

Accounting administrative operator

Duration : 300 HOURS

Description of the figure

The administrative accounting operator carries out support activities in the operations of recording the accounting records and the tax, social security and administrative obligations required by the reference regulations and the company system, interfacing with those responsible for administrative control and financial management, from whom he receives the documentation to be recorded and the related procedural indications.

It carries out secretarial activities independently, taking care of direct relationships with internal and external interlocutors of the company, managing communication and information flows in paper and digital format (via email, telephone, fax, etc.), telephone reports, filtering and transmitting messages, tracking incoming and outgoing communications and keeping the correspondence archive and protocol updated.

In carrying out his duties, he uses Office digital tools and office equipment.

Given the transversality of its functions, this professional profile can find employment in administrative offices and secretariats of the PA, in small, medium and large companies, in trade associations and in professional and employment consultancy firms.

The organizational dimension of the structure in which it operates determines the level of specialization and autonomy of its functions.

The person responsible for the care and cleaning of spaces and environments is able to carry out care, cleaning and restoration services for spaces and environments (internal and external, public and private), taking into account the specific characteristics of the different intervention contexts and in compliance of the environment and people.

Duration : 60 HOURS

Description of the figure

Basic digital competence consists in knowing how to use information society technologies (IST) for work, leisure and communication with familiarity and a critical spirit.

Specifically, the areas to consider are information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, security and privacy, problem solving and digital well-being.

TRAINING:

Person responsible for the control services of entertainment and show activities in places open to the public or in public establishments

Duration : 90 HOURS

Description of the figure

The Bouncer , technically defined as " Involved in the control services of entertainment and show activities in places open to the public or in public establishments " or " Unarmed subsidiary security operator ", is the person who carries out control functions in open premises to the public, and in this case: preliminary checks, public access and exit checks, checks inside the venue.

With the enactment of Law 15 July 2009 n. 94 (provisions regarding public safety) the use of this figure was regulated, also to protect the safety of those present (art. 3, paragraph 7).

Such personnel must be registered in a special list kept by the Prefect competent for the territory.
